Series DZC Waste Oil to Diesel Oil Distillation equipment is special for recovering the black waste oil to newdiesel oil, including waste engine oil, lube oi, hydraulic oil, gear oil, dirty diesel oil, mixed oils etc. DZC machineeffectively transfer waste oils to diesel oil under high temperature distillation, DzC works under420°C temperature, makes Hydrocarbon molecules break out, and re-order combination, forming diesel oil.During the distillation process, liquid waste oil transforms to oil-gas in distillation kettle under hightemperature, then oil-gas transform to liquid oil again through the cooling system, the produced diesel oildesulphurize by refine device. Finally get a eligible diesel fuel with good color. This diesel fuel oil can be asthe fuel in truck, tractor, diesel generator, heawy lorry, also can be used as the burning fuel oil etc. During thedistillation process, DZC effectively remove the wear debris, asphalt, wax quality, impurities, moisture, acid andget rid of carbon particles, deep oxides which disperse in oil. DZC machine is very suitable for the oil refinerycompany, also for the small oil company who want to make the oil by self.
