Purpose:

The NKEE series online oil moisture analyzer employs a Finnish-imported VAISALA transmitter specifically designed for measuring moisture in oil. It is ideal for continuously monitoring the moisture content in lubricating oil and insulating oil with a precision of up to one part per million (PPM), ensuring optimal performance of equipment and machinery. Moisture significantly impacts the insulation properties of transformer oil, making continuous monitoring of transformer oil crucial. The NKEE series directly measures the activity of water (aw) and temperature (T) in oil. These parameters can be used to calculate the absolute moisture content (ppm) of transformer oil, while specific oil parameters can also be downloaded to determine moisture levels in other oil types.
