Series XVF vacuum-type transformer oil regeneration device use of the special chemicals for purifying and regenerating the unqualified transformer oil, switch oil, turbine oil, hydraulic oil etc. It adopts the vacuum (negative pressure) adsorbtion way to regenerate the old oil, it is more effective than postive regeneration way, one regeneration pass can recovery 99% of oil performance. We know the Industrial oils are easy to oxidize, carbonize and rancidity after a period of using, so oil color will became dark yellow and dark red with bad smell; Oil lost the using performance. The traditional filtration machine only remove the particles, but it can't remove the phospholipids, saponin carbon, oxidation materials, acid etc. XVF Vacuum oil regeneration device combine the vacuum filtration and Physical adsorption technology, which can remove the harmful materials from oil, like the phospholipids, saponin, oxidation, carbon, acid etc. Recovering the oil color and oil performance, the treated oil is good color and performance.
