Purpose:

Transformers with on load voltage regulation function are widely used in power systems. While on load voltage regulation devices bring convenience to voltage adjustment, they also add trouble to transformer maintenance. The frequent voltage regulation of voltage regulation devices accelerates the reduction of insulation oil performance, which can seriously endanger the safety of on load voltage regulation devices. The ZYS device is mainly used for bypass circulation filtration of transformer on load tap changers. The device is used in conjunction with transformer on load tap changers and can effectively remove impurities such as free carbon and metal particles in the insulation oil inside the on load tap changers under normal operation of the transformer system. It can also reduce trace amounts of moisture, ensure the breakdown voltage and service life of the oil, reduce the number of power outages for maintenance, and effectively improve the safety and reliability of the on load tap changers. Our company's products are strictly manufactured in accordance with the JB/T5285-2008 standard of the Ministry of Machinery Industry and the DL/T521-2006 standard of the Ministry of Electric Power Industry. This device consists of five main parts: filter element, oil pump, pipeline, control, and casing. The filter element is divided into two types: impurity removal filter element and water removal filter element. The impurity removal filter element is used to adsorb free carbon and degraded impurities, while the water removal filter element is used to remove moisture.
