Application:

NKVW vacuum pump unit is a vacuum pumping system consisting of a vacuum pump as the primary pump and a roots pump as the main pump. The vacuum relay or electric contact vacuum gauge is used to automatically start / stop the roots pump. The unit has the characteristics of fast startup, large pumping rate, and high ultimate vacuum 5Pa. The equipment is widely used in various industries such as vacuum smelting, welding, chemical and pharmaceutical, vacuum packaging, electric power project and so on.

Features

◆ This unit uses the roots pump as the main pump and the rotary vane vacuum pump as the primary pump. An electromagnetic vacuum inflation valve is connected in series between the primary pump and the main pump, and is opened and closed with the vacuum pump switch.

◆ Both the rotary vane vacuum pump and the roots pump adopt natural air cooling, compact structure, small volume, low noise, stable operation, and ensure long‑term trouble‑free operation of the vacuum pump unit, and long service life.

◆ The unit has phase loss and overload protection, which can prevent equipment damage caused by wrong operation and ensure that the vacuum pump unit can run safely under any circumstances.

◆ Install a filter at the air inlet of this unit to filter out impurities and moisture in the air, prevent impurities and water vapor from entering the vacuum pump unit, and protect the vacuum pump unit.

◆ The sealing part of the unit is sealed without leakage.

◆ The unit has the function of automatically starting and stopping the pump unit at the set value, that is, when the vacuum degree is lower than a certain set value (this value can be set and adjusted), the vacuum pump unit starts automatically. When the degree is increased to a certain set value (this value can also be set and adjusted), the vacuum pump set stops automatically.
